The Association of Southeast Asian Nations has signed a deal on IP cooperation with the European Union and a memorandum of understanding on IP with China.
The deal with the EU is part of a €5.1 million, four-year capacity building programme called ECAP III, which follows the completion of ECAP II on December 31 2007.
