Daiske Yoshida has been promoted to the partnership at Latham & Watkins, effective April 1 2009. He was a counsel at the firm previously.

Yoshida is a litigation specialist, focusing on international dispute resolution. He has handled arbitrations, arbitration agreements and numerous cross-border antitrust and intellectual property disputes.
