Jeremy Xiao was appointed consultant this month at Herbert Smith. He is a former corporate partner at the firm who joined Credit Suisse in 2007.
Xiao will support the development of the firm’s Greater China practice from its Beijing office.
As a partner at Herbert Smith, Xiao was instrumental in a number of high-profile, multi-billion dollar Chinese initial public offerings including Sinopec, China Construction Bank and ICBC.
