White & Case has represented Barry Callebaut Asia Pacific Singapore (Barry Callebaut) on the sale of its 100% stake in Van Houten Singapore (Van Houten) to Hershey Singapore (Hershey).

Hershey now has an exclusive licence of the Van Houten brand and related trademarks in the region for its consumer products. Barry Callebaut will continue to own the Van Houten brand.

Christian Jacobs of the firm’s Hamburg office and William Kirschner in Singapore led the White & Case team.
